Faculty and Staff Federation of Community College of Philadelphia (FSFCCP) are affiliated with the American Federation of Teachers, AFT-Pennsylvania, and the AFL-CIO.FSFCCP represents over 1,200 faculty and staff who serve over 26,000 students at four campuses in Philadelphia, and consists of three bargaining units: full-time faculty, part-time faculty, & classified staff (everyone from housekeeping to plumbers to IT)
